Description:
Here is a new patch that adds the ability to put a native Webbrowser control into a fluid panel. To use it simply do like this:

FluidWebView web = new FluidWebView(0, 0, 100, 100);
web.Browser.Navigate(new Uri("http://www.google.com")); // Browser property allow access to the native WebBrowser control to get all its properties and events
myPanel.Controls.Add(web);

To be able to apply this patch you have to apply my previous one first (#6353) as some features I introduced into this patch are used by my new patch.
Fluid's original license isn't changed by this patch.

Description:
After some delay (and vacations) here is finally a patch I made to solve all memory leaks I found.
This patch includes all changes I made in my previous one (#3608) + the memory leaks fixes + new controls:

- Date picker (it allows date selection by clicking on the year, then the month, then the day with a slide animation between each part)
- Time picker
- Keyboard (I didn't yet implemented all the key, but it should be simple to finish. For now I used it as a base class for the date picker, time picker and numeric keyboard [kbd = new FluidKeyboard(x,y,width,height,KeyboardMappings.Numeric);])

The patch has been created from current head revison (#11743) on the SVN repository.
Fluid's original license isn't changed by this patch.

Description:
As requested by a user on private email I put here some updated controls and 2 (1 + extended version) controls :
- Button : solved the issue referenced by work item # 3702
- MessageDialog : Added modal mode (use it like this : if( MessageDialog.Show("The text to display", "OK", "Cancel") == DialogResult.OK ) { /* do some stuff*/ }))
- ProgressBar : Implements min, max values, displays actual value as number or percent in the center of the bar (use ShowAsPercent property)) , uses gradient for painting the bar color
- ExtendedProgressBar : Adds a status text at the top of ProgressBar control (I think that in a future release ProgressBar will disappear and ExtendedProgressBar will have options to show status and value
- MiniHAL : this is a class I'm working on that will tend to create a hardware abstraction layer to the PDA, for now (this is why it's name 'Mini') it implements only screen width and height.

Some others (PictureBox, ImageButton) will come but I have to cleanup the code a lot as they use images with transparency and the code is pretty big and ugly for now (I was experimenting with GDI+ and Alpha transparency).
